Lower Brass Tutor

We are seeking an enthusiastic and inspiring Lower Brass Tutor, ideally a trombonist with the ability to teach across the brass family.

This is a varied and rewarding role, combining Whole Class Practical Musicianship (WCPM) teaching with individual and small group tuition across Buckinghamshire. As well as delivering high-quality teaching, you will play an important role in identifying and nurturing future brass players by working with schools to develop pupils’ interest and skills.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about music education, enjoys working with young people, and is committed to inspiring the next generation of brass musicians.

Choir Leader (Maternity Cover)

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Choir Leader to lead our three Saturday morning choirs in Amersham during the current conductor’s maternity leave.

The successful candidate will be responsible for rehearsing and directing choirs of varying ages and abilities, creating an enjoyable and supportive musical environment where singers can thrive.

It would be advantageous if you are also able to teach singing and/or another instrument, as any individual students you take on during the maternity cover period would remain part of your teaching timetable after the cover ends, providing the opportunity to build an ongoing teaching portfolio.

We are looking for a confident, engaging musician who can inspire singers, foster musical development, and contribute positively to our wider music service.
