Looking for a male lead singer to join a 5-piece wedding & events band based in Doncaster. Must be aged 18-35 and have experience fronting a professional band.

The band is a high-energy rock/pop group consisting of vocals, guitar, keys, bass and drums. Slightly more indie than most groups, with a few odd songs thrown in for fun (Rhythm of the Night, No Diggity, Ignition etc.).

60-70 events are due to be played this year, mostly weddings, with some parties during the Christmas period and a large corporate event around once per month. The current singer is struggling with the amount of events so he’s looking to step down when possible.

The band has a dedicated management team in place, with good rates of pay with free travel provided from their meeting place in Doncaster.

Please make sure you meet the following criteria to apply:

– Must be an energetic performer with the ability to move around the stage at every gig.
– Must be great on the mic and be able to interact with the audience.
– Must be able to drive and have own transport.
– Must be able to make yourself available for rehearsals and photo/video shoots etc.

This position would be great for someone who’d like to work in a busy, committed, professional band with a good track record and a solid calendar.

How to Apply

If you’re interested in auditioning for the position, please email info@electricidols.co.uk with your bio and links to your promo material.
