We are seeking to appoint experienced, innovative and committed musicians to join our highly talented teaching team, wider opportunities teams (whole class instrumental and vocal programmes at KS2) to develop their skills through apprenticeship roles and to lead. Ability or interest in delivery of curriculum music is also being sought.

The Community Music Service (CMS) is a nationally acclaimed innovative service that provides a far-reaching provision of music activities for all the community in the borough of Barking and Dagenham. We are seeking to appoint experienced, innovative and committed musicians to join our highly talented teaching team, wider opportunities teams (whole class instrumental and vocal programmes at KS2) to develop their skills through apprenticeship roles and to lead. Ability or interest in delivery of curriculum music is also being sought.

Our current teaching vacancies for both primary and secondary teaching from September 2018 are:
Part-Time Brass Tutor, job reference EDU00016
Part-Time String Tutor, job reference EDU00017
Part-Time Woodwind Tutor, job reference EDU00018

The above posts are part-time hourly paid; £23.19 and/or £31.05 for lead role tutor (when requested), with a sessional contract of varying hours on an annual basis. Hours to be confirmed.
