Instrumental Music Tutor – Orchestral Strings
Barnsley Music Service are seeking to recruit a Orchestral Strings Tutor to work with an outstanding team of music tutors, young people and in great schools. We deliver an inclusive programme of instrumental and vocal tuition, creating inspiring musical opportunities for children and young people.
Pay: Unqualified Teacher Pay Scale 3-6
This role Involves:
- Teaching violin/viola/cello and double bass to small groups (3-4 children) and individuals in primary and secondary schools throughout the borough
- Directing a string orchestra on a Friday late afternoon at our Music Centre
- Working 2 days per week (must include a Friday)
