An exciting opportunity has opened up at the MK Music Hub for a dynamic and motivated individual to take charge of developing progressive routes for instrumental learning.

Key Duties
• Developing the whole class instrumental programme and continuation
• Developing Music Centre with an emphasis on inclusion, diversity and high standards of teaching and performance
• Oversee/organising instrumental events and courses sourcing additional funding where possible.

Experience and Qualifications required
• Knowledge of appropriate instrumental and WCET teaching pedagogy and IT resources
• QTS – desirable
• Proven ability to organise whole service events
• Able to lead change and work with others to facilitate that change Being able to manage multiple and complex logistical demands MUST be willing to work flexible hours including some evening work and weekends.

Skills Required
• Excellent communication skills
• High level of organisation and able to work to a deadline
• Knowledge of Word and Excel
• Ability to perform to a high level instrumentally Confidence to speak in public and report at high level meetings -e.g. to MK Music Hub board.
