An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional senior leader and outstanding music educator to lead the musical provision in our Windsor Music Centre.

We are seeking a passionate and creative individual with extensive recent experience either as a middle or senior leader within a music hub, arts organisation or school environment. You will have an excellent understanding of how music hubs contribute to the overall national picture for music education and have a vision for how you will lead your colleagues to meet the changing needs of young musicians in your area.

Your ability to motivate and inspire both pupils and staff will be clearly evident as will your desire and determination to drive forward the development of both music centre ensemble provision as well as a range of accessible, diverse musical activities for children and adults within the local community. You will be ably supported by a music centre administrative manager and also have the opportunity of further developing your career within one of the leading music hubs in the country. Flexibility is key with Saturday morning and some evening work required whilst the centre is operational.
