Due to the retirement of the existing post holder, Berkshire Maestros is seeking an outstanding Early Years practitioner to lead the further development of our flourishing department into the next exciting phase.

The successful candidate will be an inspirational musician and teacher, enthusiastic about making music with young children and will demonstrate a vision for developing high quality musical education in Early Years settings across the county. We seek an exceptional and passionate individual who will be able to significantly enhance the profile and importance of Early Years music and partnerships whilst further building and developing a team of likeminded colleagues. Experience of growing Early Years opportunities and activities or a business minded approach to developing this exciting area of musical development would be welcomed.

Please note the closing date for applications is 9am Monday 16 April 2018, although a more prompt response would be appreciated, with interviews likely to take place 23 – 26 April 2018, date and time to be confirmed.
