As Executive Director, you will provide strategic, operational, and financial leadership for the organisation, working closely with the Musical Director, the Board of Trustees, partners, and funders. You will oversee the delivery and growth of our ensembles and projects while ensuring the charity remains financially sustainable and impactful.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the organisation’s strategy and the long-term vision alongside the Musical Director
  • Developing fundraising strategies and partnerships with trusts, foundations, and sponsors
  • Ensuring strong governance, safeguarding, and compliance
  • Managing organisational budgets and financial planning
