Calderdale Music Trust have an inspiring opportunity for a Deputy Manager, to support us on the next stage of our journey. Our successful Music Trust has become well established since its launch in 2015, building a large and varied client base and bringing together talented young musicians to perform and entertain at local and national concerts. We are now in the exciting and enviable position where we are set to grow and develop the Trust for the future.

We are seeking a creative individual with strong business management skills and a combined passion for music and education. You will have experience of overseeing a large team of people as you’ll be responsible for co-ordinating up to 30 Music Tutors, all of which work remotely. With a strong sense of business acumen and experience of strategic development, you will have a track record of organisational growth and improvement. You will be highly organised and have an ability to plan and implement large, high profile events, including elements of marketing and public relations. You will be responsible for managing and leading the Trust at times when the Director is absent.

Salary: £41,846 – £44,697

Start date: January 2019, other dates may be negotiable by mutual agreement.
