– Saturday Centre Instrumental Tutor of Keyboard.
Southwark Music Service is looking for a curriculum music tutor who has ideally worked for two or more years with whole classes of primary aged children to teach curriculum music in our curriculum partnership programme. Time commitments vary from one to three days a week depending on tutor’s availability and what schools are looking for. The work is based in primary schools in Southwark and involves teaching throughout the primary age range to a prescribed Southwark scheme of work. The tutor should also be able to lead whole school singing and sometimes additional small instrumental groups. Curriculum tutors are paid by the schools but are trained and managed by Southwark Music.
