You will oversee the selection, training, and development of Music examiners, ensuring the smooth and effective delivery of face-to-face and digital exams. You will be responsible for maintaining assessment consistency, upholding regulatory standards, and overseeing examiner moderation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee Music assessment processes to ensure consistency and fairness and seamless exam delivery.
  • Manage examiner recruitment, training, moderation, and standardisation to uphold LCME and regulatory standards.
  • Handle examiner queries and manage the appeals and enquiries process for Music.
  • Contribute to syllabus and publication development.

The Person

We are looking for a highly experienced music professional with a strong background in assessment and examiner management. You should have:

  • Extensive experience in Music education, assessment and performance.
  • A deep understanding of all genres of Music performance and pedagogical styles.
  • Proven experience in training, moderation, and management.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • The ability to uphold consistency and high standards in assessment.
