Due to the current Covid-19 situation, Music Service teachers may be required to teach lessons both online and face-to-face. Therefore, a flexible approach is required.

We are currently looking for applications from brass teachers to expand our team of hourly paid teachers to deliver instrumental tuition to individuals, small groups and whole classes in schools across the Wolverhampton area. There is 16 hours work immediately available over 4 days, Tuesday to Friday, teaching individuals, small groups and whole classes. Therefore, a passion for widening access to all styles of music for all children is required as is an excellent track record and the ability to motivate young people to achieve their potential.

Teachers must be enthusiastic and committed team members, willing and able to travel within the Wolverhampton area, and happy to work in a variety of schools across this diverse city.

The posts are recruited through our agency partner Yoo Recruit, who offer pension benefits and holiday pay. All Wolverhampton Music Service teachers receive a laptop for routine teaching and administration and benefit from the annual cycle of paid training and development.
