Kent Music is seeking an enthusiastic, well-organised administrator to support the work of our chief executive and HR manager. This is a new post that is central to the organisation. The postholder will mange the chief executive’s schedule and email account and provide other support including servicing key meetings such as trustees’ meetings. They will also support the HR manager by maintaining accurate HR records, coordinating recruitment and fielding general HR enquiries.
Kent Music is an education charity and the lead partner for the Music Education Hub for Kent providing music education for children, young people and adults across the county.
This job will suit an organised administrator who like to be at the centre of an organisation. You will be working with staff across the Kent Music as well as external stakeholders such as trustees. This will be a busy and varied job that suits someone who is keen to make their mark in Kent’s leading music education charity.
