This varied role will involve taking a lead role within the music team in ensuring full and accurate administrative support relating to all aspects of Bexley Music provision and delivery. This will include providing HR and financial support as well as database management, the allocation of students to lessons and ensembles, administrative support for performances, music tours, website and social media; secretarial support for Bexley Music Boards; administrative support for Music Hub partnerships and reception duties where necessary. This is a permanent post requiring flexibility, as some weekend and evening work may occasionally be required.
The successful candidate will share the ethos of Bexley Music which aims to provide music opportunities for all and will make a significant contribution to the implementation of Bexley Music’s Business Plan and School Music Education Plan.
