In this free event, join Ruth Morgan and learn to spot stress & burnout triggers, understand work-life imbalance & apply practical tools to prioritise, recharge, & cope in a Music Education setting.

In this session Ruth Morgan will introduce you to boundary-setting frameworks, energy mapping, the workload triage method and micro-rest practices giving practical takeaways on how to manage stress and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

The session will be useful for everyone from Music teachers, Music Service staff and freelancers to Senior Leaders, giving you the tools to spot stress & burnout triggers before things worsen.
