The Leadership Collective: Managing Through Change

  • 2nd July 2024
  • 2pm - 4pm
  • Online (Zoom)

Join The Leadership Collective as they guide you through your responses to change and give insights into thinking about change as a team.

If there is one constant certainty, it’s that people and organisations change. This workshop looks at ways participants can manage change more effectively: from building self-awareness, to building better relationships, from understanding the impact of change, to effectively supporting others.

The 2-hour workshop will contain plenty of interactive exercises enabling you to gain insights into your own response to change, as well as useful ways of thinking about change as a team. We will also leave you with some key takeaways for you to implement as you support your colleagues and teams through organisational change.

This session is perfect for anyone in a leadership role who is embarking on managing their teams or workforces through a period of change.

Facilitated by The Leadership Collective: training and coaching for empowered, inclusive and thriving workplace cultures. This session will be led by Ayesha Nathoo and Susannah Tresilian.

“A welcomed step out of normal service to learn, reflect and improve on my practice. The chance to have good conversations with other professionals about dealing with change and some great techniques to use with my team. 2 hours well spent!”
