Somerset Music: Primary Music Conference 2018

This one day conference is an opportunity to get together with teachers from across Somerset and take part in fun, interactive workshops delivered by music specialists. The keynote session ‘Tune in Your Ears’ will be a practical vocal session with ideas and activities for the classroom led by Charlotte Law, Learning Executive at ‘Sing Up’.

Other workshops will include: Musical Magpie – KS2 activities and ideas for whole classes; Music and Stories – Using instruments at KS1; Samba Drumming; Taiko Taster; Beginners Ukulele workshop; Harmony Happens – Ways to introduce and extend harmony singing with your pupils; Composition Activities for KS2; Introduction to Charanga Musical School; Charanga Musical School for Advanced Users; Discussion Forums for Schemes of Work.
