A practical workshop with Gregory Daubney MSc MBPsS and Dr Alison Daubney, authors of Performance anxiety: A practical guide for music teachers, published by the ISM Trust.

 

This workshop will explore many of the common underlying causes of performance anxiety and help you identify its presence in your day-to-day work. You will get the chance to take part in a series of practical exercises to try out a range of strategies across three key time-frames over which anxiety commonly occurs.

 

This course will provide you with easy to use, practical strategies informed by rigorous psychological research to integrate throughout your own practice and positively enhance your students’ development over time.
