The Leadership Collective: Managing Through Change

  • 21st April 2026
  • 10am - 12pm
  • Online (Zoom)

Join The Leadership Collective as they guide you through your responses to change and give insights into thinking about change as a team.

If there is one constant certainty, it’s that people and organisations change. This workshop looks at ways participants can manage change more effectively; from building self-awareness, to building better relationships, from understanding the impact of change, to effectively supporting others.

The 2-hour workshop will contain plenty of interactive exercises enabling you to gain insights into how and why change elicits different responses from us all, and how to use that knowledge powerfully to better manage situations of change. We will also leave you with some key tools and takeaways for you to implement as you support your colleagues and teams through organisational change.

This session is perfect for anyone in a leadership role who is embarking on managing their teams or workforces through a period of change.

Facilitated by The Leadership Collective: training and coaching for empowered, inclusive and thriving workplace cultures. This session will be led by Ayesha Nathoo and Susannah Tresilian.
