Communicating Through Music – Adolescents

Join us for a 2 and a half hour online workshop a series of interactive exercises and discussions, you’ll learn tools and ideas to help you use music to communicate more effectively. In this work shop these will be specifically tailored to those of a secondary school age. You’ll explore the different types of musical communication, from nonverbal expression to singing and songwriting, and learn how to tailor your approach to fit the needs of your class/group.

This workshop is open to anyone who is interested in exploring the powerful role that music can play in communication across the curriculum, and no prior musical experience is required.
