Led by internationally-recognised music education assessment expert Professor Martin Fautley, the Classroom Music Assessment Certificate is a blended learning programme of live Zoom seminars and online learning materials to work through independently.
On this course you will consider both the theory and practice of assessment, relating this to your own individual teaching context. You will critically evaluate how assessment functions in your own context, learning how to develop and improve your assessment practices for the benefit of your pupils.
You will leave the course feeling more confident about assessment, and able to use a range of assessment techniques which truly help pupils improve and progress, instead of just acting as data snapshots!
