Training for Music Hubs: AYM Identifying Musical Talent and Potential
Identifying Musical Talent and Potential (ITP) exists to make music education fairer. It tackles one of the biggest obstacles to talented young people’s musical progress - many teachers’ limited experience of how to identify musical potential in the first place. With funding from Arts Council England through their Hub Support Programme, Awards for Young Musicians are now offering this acclaimed training free to Music Education Hubs.
Training takes place either online or in person, co-delivered by two of our Lead or Associate Facilitators. Your options are an in person session in your venue for up to 30 staff at 3 hours long, or if online works better, for 15 staff over 2 hours on Zoom, with the opportunity to stay afterwards for an informal Q&A session.
