An Introduction to Safeguarding
This introductory session is ideal for those who are new to safeguarding or just need a quick refresher.
The session will explain some of the terms that are used within safeguarding and discuss roles and responsibilities. It will introduce the idea of safeguarding as a culture, not a policy and offer some signposts for further information and support.
Organisations may also find it useful to signpost new staff to as part of their induction.
The recorded session will be 50 minutes then we will stop the recording for any questions.
We require you to let us know 24 hours before if you cannot make a session.
